2010-2011 Honda Fury Mustang Seat Installation Instructions
Stock Seat Elimination:
1. Locate and remove two Allen screws from sides of rear seat.
2. At again finish of rear seat, pull seat cowl away to expose third Allen screw; remove.
3. At back end of front seat, pull seat cover away to expose two mounting screws and take away them. Pull seat up and again to take away from bike.
Installation of Mustang Seat:
1. If installing solely the Mustang solo (front) seat, insert the solo seat’s nose tab into the frame opening just behind the fuel tank, above the shock mount. Secure seat with two supplied chromed Allen screws.
2. If additionally installing the matching Mustang rear seat, secure again of front seat to fender utilizing the 2 supplied 6mm x 1″ lengthy hex head bolts with two spool washers. Spool washers go on high of seat mounting tabs, with two plastic washers positioned beneath mounting tabs in opposition to fender. 3. Align forks on front of rear Mustang Seat with the grooves in the spools; slide rear mustang seat ahead until rear mounting tab aligns with gap in fender.
4. Secure rear seat to the fender using the equipped Allen screw with the plastic washer under the mounting tab towards the fender.
Alternate Directions for Using Stock Honda Rear Seat Behind the Mustang Seat :
1. Turn inventory entrance seat over and remove the Honda mounting bracket by unscrewing the 2 Allen screws.
2. Place the stock bracket under the mounting tabs at the back of the Mustang front seat and secure the entrance seat and bracket to the fender utilizing the inventory screws.
3. Set up of the stock rear seat is the reverse of its removal. Install and tighten two side screws.
4. Safe again of rear seat to fender utilizing stock screw.
